Cosmic Dispute AI provides an AI-powered platform for analyzing credit reports and generating dispute letters. The Service includes:

  • Credit report PDF upload and AI analysis
  • Automated identification of disputable credit report items
  • Generation of dispute letters with FCRA statute citations
  • Tracking and management tools for dispute progress
  • Educational resources about credit repair

3. Not Legal Advice

IMPORTANT: Cosmic Dispute AI is an informational tool and does NOT provide legal advice. The dispute letters and information provided are for educational purposes only. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. For legal advice regarding your specific situation, please consult with a licensed attorney.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not dispute accurate information on your credit report
  • Review all generated letters before sending them
  • Comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Free Plan

The DIY plan is free forever with basic features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time with reasonable notice.

5.2 Paid Plans

Pro ($49/month) and Business ($199/month) plans are billed monthly. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

5.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund. This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers.

6. Data Privacy and Security

We take your privacy seriously. All credit reports and personal information are:

  • Encrypted using bank-level AES-256 encryption
  • Stored securely in AWS S3 with strict access controls
  • Never shared with third parties without your consent
  • Subject to our Privacy Policy

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Cosmic Dispute AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • Dispute letters will result in successful removal of credit report items
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Credit scores will improve as a result of using the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COSMIC DISPUTE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. FCRA Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and all other applicable laws. Cosmic Dispute AI is not responsible for how users utilize the generated dispute letters.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms of Service
  • Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
  • Violates applicable law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
